Miguel Perera (14.14) and Jack Kirby (14.64) ran season’s bests to win both sprint hurdles while Damaine Benjamin clocked a new personal best of 53.70 for third in a highly competitive 400 metres hurdles.
JJ Lister returned to British League action and placed second in the pole vault with a season’s best of 4.83, with Saorise Chinery-Edoo taking second in the B string. Saoirse was also second in the B shot, while Angus Lockhart produced a season’s best of 14.62 for third in the A string.
