Coaching at Harrow Athletic Club
Harrow Athletic Club caters for all ages from 8 years up to veterans. Our aim is to develop athletes to their full potential and to enjoy athletics. We have had some achieve international honours. We are not only interested in how fast someone runs or how high someone jumps or how far someone throws but also, more importantly, on developing their technical skills, progressing and enjoying athletics
